• Minimum 3–6 years in dealer management or sales in tyre/automotive/FMCG industries.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.

• Ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and order follow-ups.
• Monitor dealer activity and support visibility, branding, and schemes.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch and order closure.
• Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and collections in line with company policies.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on dealer network growth.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned territories.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance for order fulfillment.
• Organize dealer training programs, promotional campaigns, and incentive schemes.
• Review and approve dealer credit and payment status in coordination with finance.
