Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan and execute nationwide B2B & institutional tyre sales strategies.
- Identify and target high-potential clients (logistics firms, large transport owners, manufacturing companies, etc.).
- Prepare, review, and negotiate tenders and bulk orders.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in corporate sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance and report to the Head of Sales.
- Coordinate with production, distribution, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct regular competitor & market analysis and recommend pricing strategies.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client presentations.
