• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/ medical device industry

Job description :

• Conceive and develop efficient marketing strategies

• Development of existing products. New product idea given to BD

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

• Keep latest information of different medical devices/ products and evaluate competitor`s activities and formulate counter strategy for the same.

• Collect order from the scheduled hospitals and institution assinged by HOS and give everyday workplan and tour report.

• Communicate with purchase officer, hospital directors, Diagnostics for collecting information of next purchase. And also OT metron for product trial and feeddback

• Attain customer call on time and complain handeling and inform HOS through written feedback.

• Taking product order and ensure delivery and collection timely.

• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements.

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

• Share innovative ideas to uplift product performance and ensure compliance.

• Prepare quotation of different products and collect purchase order from various organization like surgicals, hospitals, diagnostics and deliver the product order to concern department.

• Give list of institution based tender and perticipate in the tender

• Send the daily sales report to concern departments of Head office.

• Weekly / monthly summarise the bill and submit to Head office.
