Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for the assigned products of Redfern (Medical Equipment’s & devices)
- To acquire and update scientific information regarding the products and design to promote accordingly
- Explore the Company’s opportunities in the Local Medical Device Market
- To analyze and monitor market to develop new strategies against the competitors movement to maintain the trust of the customers
- Promotional strategies for demand generation, new promotional literatures for assigned products
- To train up and provide scientific support to the Field Forces
- Attend product related queries to earn customer satisfaction
- To visit the target customers and health care professionals continuously and highlight the superior benefits of products for generating demands
- To identify the needs of the customers for taking prompt action accordingly for need satisfaction by highlighting the benefits of products and services to them
- To arrange and conduct scientific conferences with doctors and other health professionals
- To conduct monthly meetings with sales colleagues to discuss the sales and promotional activities of Redfern
- Participate in various local or international surgical/medical devices conference/fair
- To arrange and conduct scientific conferences with customers and health professionals throughout the country
- Preparation of Registration Documents for OEM products
- Liaison with Supply Chain/ Finance & Accounts
- Prepare FSC, CPP, Import License, NOC, and other requisites from local regulatory authorities (DGDA)
- Maintain communication with an overseas manufacturer and machine supplier
- Preparing agreements & negotiate with overseas suppliers/customers to make them finalized
- Working on Medical Tourism and spa
- NGS test facilities for cancer patient
- Participate different Govt Tender like DGFI, DGDP and international tenders
