• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor/Honors

• B.Sc. in Leather engineering/ Bachelor’s degree from reputed University.

• PGD in footwear engineering from reputed institution will add more value.

• Must be capable of learning and executing the SOPs on day-to-day basis.

• Responsible for overall process standardization.

• Rework %, Rejection % and Claim control against the pre-defined target and to achieve the final product quality according to standard.

• Participate in Commercialization meeting and perform risk assessment.

• Do RCA for top failure and work on Continuous Improvement practices in terms of quality enhancement through higher attention to details approach.

• Shifts Closing Meetings: Arrange daily meetings with QC to make them aware of the Recovery% and Rejection%, errors or any other special instructions.

• Communication: effective with all fellow and production team members.

• Productivity: Focus on the productivity integrated in-built QA processes to ensure the minimum rework / rejections / Claim.

• Pro-active: to be highly proactive in seeing the potential quality problems and ensure the right solution implementation.

• Develop and implement a sewing quality standard- quality check points,SOPs & quality compliance.

• Coordinate with the team by spot checking & identifying and address defects.

• Communicate quality feedback to production and quality Team & strive for perfection.

• Close work with production lines to maintain advanced level quality standards and maintain defined DR and RR.

• Work with the team to optimize the sewing process to reduce wastage & rework.
