Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring manpower strength in concern line & coordinate with all concerns to maintain optimum level.
∎ Monitoring daily line balancing in morning.
∎ Monitoring and taking precautions regarding operators' absence.
∎ Maintaining line discipline.
∎ Keep track on in line worker's leave management process.
∎ Checking housekeeping on daily basis and coordinating with the responsible department.
∎ Sharing any kind of grievance with Sr. Manager/ HOO.
∎ Coordinating with planning department and monitoring production as per weekly shipment plan.
∎ Coordinating with cutting department to get all inputs for sewing.
∎ Coordinating with store for all sewing trims & cut kits.
∎ Coordinating with supervisors, IE, Technicians, Production Executives & Quality Executive for production.
∎ Following hourly production with supervisors & executives.
∎ Will be fully responsible for production efficiency, inline quality.
∎ Discussing with HOO with any operational and non-operational wing related issue.
∎ Following up mechanics for any machine breakdown
∎ Have to take 100% responsibility for cut to ship & cut to stich.
∎ Monitoring line style change and analyzing to get less QCO time.
∎ Coordinating & ensuring 100% OTIF shipment.
∎ Reporting on target & efficiency, sharing with the production team.
∎ Making revise plan with daily variance (+/-) and finding ways to catch up the plan.
∎ Attending meeting with CFT members on daily basis regarding line operations.
