Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis the demand forecasting, consumption, inventory to ensure the accuracy of raw material requirement and maintain safety stock under SAP and APO environment.
∎ Strategic sourcing and order placing to the Supplier as well as dispatch schedule based on demand goes through SAP and APO.
∎ Analyze customer's forecast and purchase patterns to identify optimum inventory planning.
∎ Liaison with supplier to ensure the dispatch date.
∎ Driving NPI (New Product Implement) and material development in line withglobal aspect and coordination with region and global team.
∎ Sourcing of new vendors, develop vendor policy and ensure quality ofmaterial liaison with QA and Lab team.
∎ Negotiation with supplier for competitive price and terms & conditions.
∎ Ensure the Proforma Invoice to commercial team from supplier and association with commercial team to issue the L/C or S/C.
∎ Sufficient awareness of Bond operation, and export policy, incoterms, customs act, and banking process for L/C and LCA documentation.
∎ Develop supplier in regard to improve their performance.
∎ Responsibility to manage assigned parts and respective Suppliers including all problem resolution.
∎ Inventory management and Investigate all inventory discrepancy for assign parts.
∎ Relevant purchase order creation as per SOP in system.
∎ Material deployment planning in different plant location.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having job experience in knitting planning at any reputed textile/garments company.
∎ Good command over English and computer knowledge.
∎ Having working experience with expats supervisor.
Salary: Negotiable
