∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Business Studies in Human Resource Management
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ BIM From PGDHR . And knowledge in ADMIN and compliance . Honors complete from Dhaka university first preference .

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Human Recourse:1. Recruitment & Selection of high-profile candidates that need according to the desire of the company
∎ 2. Development and implementation of effective management strategies, leading the team to create a good working environment enabling everyone to work with great effort & Cooperation
∎ 3. Ensure Proper Human Resources Planning (HRP) and HR Budgeting
∎ 4. Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
∎ 5. Ensure proper Performance Management System
∎ 6. Supervising Attendance & Leave Management,
∎ 7. Final Settlement Issues and Disciplinary Issues
∎ 8. Deal with all other HR-related issues.
∎ 9. Formulate and Maintain HR policies, operation, attendance, payroll, salary, increment
∎ 10. Very good in Staff level & worker recruitment and sourcing.
∎ Administration:
∎ 1. Be the lead role of the administrative functional department
∎ 2. Maintain all related certifications for factory operations
∎ 3. Liaison with BGMEA, compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, etc
∎ 4. Monitor Supervise & Coordinate all administrative, transport & overall logistics issues as per group policy
∎ 5. Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured
∎ 6. Can resolve and deal with outside forces like local peoples, political issues, and other
∎ 7. Must be keen in dealing with different authorities Police, RAB, NSI, BOI, BGMEA, Environment, and all others.
∎ 8. Follow up on daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of the workplace
∎ 9. Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures
∎ Compliance:1. Follow up compliance related tasks as well
∎ 2. Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors
∎ 3. Need to achieve & renew all Certificates that are required for Factory Operation
∎ 4. Very good in Factory Compliance
∎ 5. Maintain different buyer Audit as well as Certification Audit
∎ 6. Able to handle all kinds of Audit
∎ 7. Preparing, organizing, and managing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security, and QMS audits
∎ 8. Face the certification audit, obtain certificate and face other surveillance audits
∎ 9. Initiate any other task assigned by the management
