∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Candidate must be retired from Bangladesh Army (Captain/ Junior Commissioned Officer).
∎ Should have minimum 05-07 years of working experience in industry level.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement and maintain security policies, procedures and systems for the factory.
∎ Monitor and supervise security personnel to ensure that they adhere to company protocols.
∎ Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement improvements.
∎ Oversee surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and ensure they are functioning optimally.
∎ Manage a team of security officers, providing training, guidance and performance evaluations.
∎ Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution within the security team.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for all security related incidents, including breaches, accidents or emergencies.
∎ Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services in the event of a security breach or other critical situations.
∎ Schedule security personnel shifts and ensure adequate coverage at all times (24/7 if necessary).
