Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily merchandising activities in product development, costing, and mass production follow up.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the marketing department.
∎ Grow customer satisfaction and sales opportunities according to customer demands abreast of the latest offerings from the market and coordinating with vendors.
∎ To monitor and control all production processes.
∎ Building relationship with production people for smooth operation.
∎ Research for accessories, new print techniques, fabrics, yarn etc. in the market.
∎ Research vendors in the market to support business growth.
∎ Handle and troubleshoot production issues with vendors by presenting alternatives and solutions to customers with good sense of pricing, production time & action calendar.
∎ Monitor order tracking to meet the quality and delivery date requirement in order to reach corporate KPI targets.
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Any Garments Labels Accessories.
∎ Must have experience in PFL, offset, thermal, Woven, leather production.
∎ The applicants should have hardworking and willing to work under pressure.
