∎ 1. Preparing Training Module Design and Development
∎ 2. Training Needs Assessment/Analysis
∎ 3. Training Planning
∎ 4. raining Budgeting
∎ 5. Training Facilitation (Online & Physical)
∎ 6. Training Evaluation (Program evaluation)
∎ 7. Trainees' performance evaluation and report submission
∎ 8. External & internal Communication & Coordination
∎ 9. Assist service training wing to translate module to Bangla and maintaining supporting training docs.
∎ 10. Update Manpower statistics or database
∎ 11. Maintain relevant documents (Hard & Soft copies)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
