∎ B.B.A/ M.B.A/ Masters, preferably in marketing from a recognized and reputable university.

∎ Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of relevant industry experience.
∎ Industry Expertise: Experience in RMG or related trims & accessories company is must.
∎ Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Good Communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
∎ Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

∎ Establish and implement short- and long-term sales goals.
∎ Foster positive customer relationships.
∎ Manage all sales activities within assigned regions.
∎ Expedite customer problem and complaint resolution.
∎ Coordinate sales with finance, production, and technical support.
∎ Provide reports on customer needs, market trends, and product potential.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
∎ Customer Activity Monitoring: Track and analyze customer activities.
∎ Secure orders from existing and new customers.
