∎ B.Sc in Science with MBA from reputed university

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Animal/Plant Breeding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales target by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Company's customer base ensure and ensures its strong presence
∎ Objective setting and performance monitoring of Sales Team
∎ Frequent market visits, relationship building and ensure long term profitable growth of the business
∎ Maintain & follow up all type of sales and related activities as daily and monthly basis.
∎ Generate ideas to create new customers and enhance existing sales.
∎ Prepare daily activities report and submit to the superior.
∎ Ability to work with under pressure.
∎ Liaison with various Gov. bodies & departments.
∎ Any other job assign by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 Years' experience as Assistant Manager in a reputed Company.
∎ The candidate should be Self-motivated, energetic and hard-working personality
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Capable to work under pressure
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
