Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
∎ Identify and prioritize key corporate accounts and business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to execute campaigns and drive revenue.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
∎ Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
∎ Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team to enhance the sales strategy.
∎ Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless client experience.
∎ Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the management team.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
