Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have to Maintain and increase sales daily and monthly basis.Identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads developing new business.
∎ Must be capable of arranging new investment fund hunting for company development.
∎ Leads and conducts research to identify potential prospects; supporting the sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance; identifying key buying influencers within the prospects to determine timeline and budget; building and cultivating prospect relationships.
∎ 4.Utilized selling skills and technology to promote company products and services with customers to meet individual goals.
∎ 5.Provided training and coaching in establishing new business relationships, presentation skills, negotiating, and closing.Trained and developed the sales staff. Created and implemented a successful training and action plan.
∎ Communicated issues to contractors and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
∎ Supervised sales teams and a positive driving force for the teams.
∎ Must have to arrange largest customer investment fund.
