  • 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality management within the outerwear or apparel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
  • Experience with garment construction and fabric properties specific to outerwear.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards for outerwear products.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports and recommendations to the Quality Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and support product development.
  • Communicate quality concerns and work collaboratively to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring quality control staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure that quality procedures are consistently followed.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to address quality-related issues and ensure that external partners meet quality standards.
  • Support supplier audits and evaluations to maintain quality consistency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
