Narrow Fabrics, QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure desire quality product and deliver as per customer requirement;
∎ Check the quality of all type of accessories as per speck/ tech pack/ Sample;
∎ Pre-production activities before bulk production for every product;
∎ Maintain in-process inspection, measurement inspection and final inspection;
∎ Establish quality management system for Narrow Fabrics Department of accessories hub;
∎ Establish defect recording procedure and take corrective action;
∎ Acquire customer quality standard and maintain when producing product and delivery;
∎ Introduce final inspection procedure before delivery of Elastic, Jacquard, twill tape etc. of every product as per AQL;
∎ Introduce zero defect concept to the particular SBU's and establish quality standard;
∎ To oversee ensure all product safety certification & requirements are exists in the organization eg. TQP, ISO, GRS, RCS, OEKO-Tex;
∎ To update & caliber Quality standard time to time in connection with customer requirement;
∎ To maintain required MIS & corrective action plan in documented way;
∎ Involve and engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the management which is necessary for the greater well-being of the organization, Its business results and the happiness and well-being of its stakeholders.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong technical skill is required.
∎ Should be well versed with the Garments Accessories factories QA system.
∎ Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
∎ Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
