Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Lead the quality team Ensure quality assurance culture in the factory
∎ 2. Monitor daily activity of the team to ensure quality product
∎ 3. Review daily quality reports and confirm ISO 9001:2015 standard
∎ 4. Train quality team periodically to improve team performance
∎ 5. Conduct periodical coordination meeting with related departments
∎ 6. Conduct regular root cause analysis for quality failure and advice concerns
∎ 7. Ensure all product gone through quality tests process
