• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Assist in creating daily/weekly production schedules for both electroplating and bobby pin lines based on Job orders and inventory levels.

•     Allocate manpower, machinery, and raw materials to meet production targets.

•     Monitor production progress and make real-time adjustments to resolve bottlenecks.

• Supervise ; Supervisors,team leaders, operators, and helpers on the production floor.

•     Conduct shift handover meetings and ensure clear communication of production goals and issues.

•     Identify training needs for operators, especially for critical processes like electroplating chemical handling and bobby pin machine operation.

•    Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Monitor raw material levels (e.g., metal strips, wires, chemicals, plating salts, packaging).

•    Coordinate with the store and purchase departments to ensure uninterrupted material supply.

•     Control in-process inventory and minimize work-in-progress (WIP).

• Work to reduce production waste (e.g., metal scrap, chemical waste, rejected units).

• Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machine time, chemicals) to lower the cost per unit.

•     Monitor and control utility consumption (water, electricity).

• Oversee the entire electroplating cycle: cleaning, rinsing, acid dipping, plating (e.g., nickel, gold, silver, chrome), and post-treatment.

• Monitor and maintain the chemical composition, temperature, and pH of plating baths to ensure consistent quality.

•    Ensure adherence to recipes for different plating requirements (thickness, brightness, corrosion resistance).

• Identify and resolve common plating defects like blistering, peeling, poor adhesion, discoloration, spotting, or dull deposits.

•     Troubleshoot issues with rectifiers, anodes, filtration systems, and barrel/rack plating equipment.

• Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations for handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals and wastewater.

•    Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like gloves, goggles, and aprons.

•    Manage the safety protocols for cyanide-based or other highly toxic plating processes, if used.

•     Oversee the function and maintenance of effluent treatment plants (ETP).

• Supervise the wire forming process: coiling, cutting, bending, and tipping of bobby pins.

•     Ensure the proper functioning of automatic or semi-automatic bobby pin forming machines.

•     Manage secondary processes like heat treatment (tempering) to achieve the correct spring tension and strength.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance of wire forming machines, polishers, and packaging equipment.

•    Minimize machine downtime through effective scheduling and quick response to issues.

• Lead or participate in initiatives to improve production processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S).

•    Suggest and help implement new technologies or methods to improve efficiency.
