Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 31 years
- Experience in accounting software and ERP a definite advantage
- Good knowledge in computer application in Excel, Pivot Table, Outlook, Words
- Excellent attitude, fast and efficient, a strong team player, proactive, well organized, attentive to details, analytical mind, able to work under pressure
- Confident about Bangladesh Accounting Standard (BAS), IAS;
- Good communication skill in English
Responsibilities & Context:
- Review full sets of books and records of manufacturing and trading functions
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions including cheque payments, bank reconciliation, month end closing and inter-co current accounts reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable, import & export collection & settlement
- Perform duties such as data entry, prepare vouchers and invoice verification
- Prepare monthly reports to analysis the results and investigate the variance;
- Monitor the document flow of internal control and ensure proper recognition on purchase and sales
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and banks
- Expenses ,Payroll & Fixed Assets management
- Legal affairs follow up and execution
- Assist Inventory Control
- Perform ad-hoc assignment and projects
