Job Context:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced assistant manager of production to join our team at our poly and paper sack factory and manage and direct production processes while ensuring optimum utilization of resources to increase cost savings, quality, output, and production efficiency.       

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the production head always about the product of each item during production.

• Prepare production plan and schedule report as per work order.

• Ensure high production, as per machine capacity.

• Raw material budget and planning manpower based on production.

• Prepare production, delivery, consumption, floor stock & machine report. 

• All Productivity ensure maximum Quality. 

• Production quality continues as per work order with accuracy.

• Ensure target production & delivery as per buyer requirements.

• All Kinds of Mainor Maintenance issues have to be resolved to manage the Production Process.

• Train and develop the assigned employee to provide specific knowledge.
