∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc) in Fashion design & technology/ Apparel manufacturing & technology/ Textile engineering & technology.
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the development team to customers own design and development on regular basis to ensure the collection deadline and quality.
∎ Risk factor analysis at the beginning of the development.
∎ Co-ordinate with design team as per customers inspiration create design & develop the new product range & offer to customer.
∎ Based on seasons help the team to collect the new yarn, fabrics, trims, accessories, print/wash and other embellishment offer to customer.
∎ Co-ordinate with fabric team to sourcing the special yarn & develop the new fabric as per new trend.
∎ Communicate with UK design team on a regular basis to make ourselves updated about fashion trends & as new customer requirements to make DIRD Design & Development.
∎ Follow up the team daily work & help them to decision making and sample tracking.
∎ Co-ordinate all types of reports (weekly/ monthly and development progress report.)
∎ Assist to department head .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge in different Reporting tools.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, positive attitude.
∎ Grow with increased professional responsibilities and expand job-related knowledge and skills
