Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have B.Sc in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering from any reputed institution.
∎ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering who have vast experience on corporate buildings maintenance can also apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Maintenance, Utility
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspecting various office equipment and conducting routine maintenance
∎ Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment such as lift, generator, AC, water pump & other electrical equipment
∎ Check electrical and hydraulic system of the building to ensure functionality.
∎ Understanding electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and electrical systems.
∎ Knowing equipment safety systems and processes.
∎ Monitor expanses and control the budget for maintenance
∎ Obtaining specialist components for equipment on a need per basis
∎ Supervise the work of technicians and give them guidance when needed
∎ Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for the management
∎ Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
∎ Develop standard maintenance procedures & ensure implementation
∎ Monitor equipment inventory and place order when necessary
∎ Must have the capability to solve emergency maintenance issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be willing to work for long hours
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office

Salary: Negotiable
