Education:
∎ Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any recognized University.
∎ Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any recognized University.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years plastics molding department. Working knowledge in plastic Injection molding, Blow molding, PET Sheet Production line, Thermo forming production and packing processes as well as quality management system is a must. Experience in food industries is an added advantage;
∎ Significant experience in Plastics Engineering;
∎ Hands on experience in Mold development and testing;
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability;
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP (preferably in SAP), MS Office, Internet etc.;
∎ Good command in Bengali and English;
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure;
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working;
∎ High level of professional integrity.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ i. Develop and implement production plans to meet product demand and inventory targets;
∎ ii. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline production processes;
∎ iii. Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements;
∎ iv. Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules;
∎ v. Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess inventory and stock shortage;
∎ vi. Oversee maintenance activities for production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and maximize uptime;
∎ vii. Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
