Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Industrial Engineering/ (B.Sc) in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Capacity Planning. Candidate will maintain the declaration of Capacity utilization (open capacity/ overbooking) by analysing the received orders in consultation & coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, IE, Production and other relevant departments of the company.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making Aggregated Production plan (called master production plan). He will have to always maintain effective production plan by taking consideration of excellent standard efficiency level.
∎ Responsible for effective daily floor level Production planning
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 2 to 4 years of experinece on related field, 2 to 4 years experience in same position, Good knowledge of SMV, IE, Industrial & Production Engineering, Lingerie Production, Production Management (Sewing), Production planning.
∎ Only experienced candidate should apply.
∎ Team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.
∎ Self-starter & proactive
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
