Educational Requirements:
∎ Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma or professional course in Hospitality Management.
∎ Highly experienced candidate in international standard Park will get flexibility with educational requirement.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervises daily operation of Park Service employees. Ensures that facility cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
∎ Be on site during main cleaning shift to walk around and check areas are completed.
∎ Ensure all operatives deal with client, staff and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ To improve and maintain standards.
∎ Identify, develop, and conduct all staff training programs, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
∎ Ensure specifications are followed and any periodic work is scheduled and carried out.
∎ Supervise and report staff’s attendance, by ensuring they correctly use the Time and Attendance system.
∎ Manage the waterpark throughout the day by replenishing toilets, locker room, keeping the communal areas clean.
∎ Develop and implements programs to improve guest and employee satisfaction. Ensure appropriate and timely investigation and responses to guest and employee concerns.
∎ Ensure daily operating logs and employee records are accurately maintained.
∎ Conduct daily briefings to provide department and operational information and ensure that grooming standards, attitude, and degree of professionalism are met by each staff member.
∎ Schedule routine inspections of washrooms and public areas, coach employees on deficiencies, and provide corrective action where appropriate.
∎ Work outdoor, in extreme temperatures, wet, humid, or windy environment caused by weather conditions.
∎ Oversee and manage operations of Laundry Service.
∎ Utilize chemicals and cleaning equipment in accordance with safety protocols and proper operating standards.
∎ Drive continuous commitment to product quality and safety, reducing downtime and overtime with effective budgeting and assignation of talents as well as resources.
∎ To perform any other task assigned by Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in working in a similar role/supervising staff
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Ability to listen to guests’ comments, questions or complaints and empathize with their situation while working to come to a solution.
∎ Pro-active, positive, can-do attitude.
∎ Knowledge of customer service standards and procedure.
∎ Able to begin work prior to regular waterpark hours and remain after the park closes.
∎ Leadership and people management skill
∎ Skill at report writing
