Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Planning Coordination

  • Assist departmental heads in preparing:
  • Yearly Marketing Plan
  • Annual Production Plan
  • Foreign Purchase Plan
  • Local Purchase Plan
  • Sales Promotion & Advertisement Activities Plan
  • Ensure all plans are reviewed and approved by the Managing Director prior to execution
  • Provide necessary financial data and insights to support departmental planning

Operational Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit:
  • Monthly Production Plan
  • Monthly Finished Goods Delivery Plan
  • Daily Production Summary Report
  • Monitor & execution of departmental plans and regularly update higher management

Meeting Management & Interdepartmental Coordination (Factory–Head O􀆯ice)

  • Organize meetings between Head O􀆯ice departments (Foreign Purchase, Local Purchase,
  • Common Service, Share, Sales & Distribution) and senior management
  • Preparation of minutes and follow up on decisions taken
  • Ensure timely communication of updates and resolutions to higher management
  • Maintain daily coordination between Factory and Head O􀆯ice
  • visiting factory regularly & coordinating the decisions of higher management
  • Prepare and submit a Monthly Productivity & Utility E􀆯iciency Report that analyzes the number
  • of products produced in relation to utility consumption (electricity, natural gas, and oil) across
  • all factory units.
  • Arrange and facilitate monthly CAC (Corrective Action Committee) meetings

ISO & Quality System Oversight

  • Monitor and improvement the management system aligned with ISO 9001:2000 standards
  • Coordinate ISO-related activities at Head O􀆯ice
  • Ensure compliance with QSP (Quality System Procedures) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives

# Information System Management

  • Develop, maintain, and update the Management Information System (MIS)
  • Ensure MIS supports planning, reporting, and decision-making across departments

Feasibility Study Analysis

  • identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth feasibility studies for new projects, including market, technical, financial, legal, and operational assessments
  • Analyze data from internal and external sources to evaluate risks, costs, and potential returns
  • Prepare detailed feasibility reports with clear recommendations and executive summaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, engineering, marketing, and legal to gather relevant inputs
  • Identify regulatory, environmental, and logistical constraints that may impact project success
  • Coordinate project implementation activities with internal departments and external
  • stakeholders to ensure timely execution
  • identify potential diversification areas of present business
  • Present findings to senior management and stakeholders
  • Execute any other tasks or functions assigned by higher authority
