  • 10–15 years of experience in Administration and Transport Operations.

  • Minimum 5 years in leadership or departmental head role.

  • Experience in large corporate / manufacturing / export-oriented organization preferred.

  • Lead overall corporate administrative operations and service functions.

  • Manage office facilities, utilities, housekeeping, security, and workplace environment.

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.

  • Control administrative budgets and implement cost optimization initiatives.

  • Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.

  • Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and service standards.

  • Coordinate corporate events, official arrangements, and employee support services.

  • Maintain liaison with government authorities and external stakeholders.

  • Provide operational reports and improvement recommendations to management.



Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed corporate organization is seeking a highly competent professional to lead and manage Transport Management and Corporate Administration functions (Job Level - Senior Manager - AGM). The incumbent will ensure efficient fleet operations, employee transportation services, facility management, and overall administrative excellence while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Lead and manage company-wide transport operations including staff buses, pool vehicles, and executive transport services.

  • Develop effective transport planning, routing, and scheduling to ensure timely and cost-efficient operations.

  • Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, mileage control, and operational performance.

  • Ensure preventive maintenance, servicing schedules, and vehicle fitness compliance.

  • Maintain documentation related to registration, insurance, tax token, permits, and legal compliance.

  • Supervise drivers, transport supervisors, and ensure discipline and service quality.

  • Implement transport safety policies and accident prevention measures.

  • Manage transport vendors, garages, and external service providers.

  • Introduce and monitor GPS tracking and reporting systems for fleet optimization.
