Airport Operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform routine accounting functions for an aviation enterprise in guidance of financial regulation of Head office.
∎ Coordinate with details of destination, route, and cost of commercial flights with the updated fare.
∎ Accept or refuse commercial flights, coordinate with meteorological institutions using apps for en-route and destination weather to accept or refuse chartered flights.
∎ Accept or refuse commercial flights, verify all flights request with latest CAC, CAD, and NOTAM from CAAB.
∎ Inform DFO to detail Pilot and HEMS crew members as appropriate after final clearance of commercial flight from COO.
∎ Ensure Mercedes service for all customers inside HSIA during entry and exit using the domestic terminal.
∎ Ensure appropriate flight clearance for all flights in the daytime or night time.
∎ Do necessary to log all flight information in the appropriate format in a file for onward submission to COO after every flight day.
∎ Do necessary to log and dispatch revenue statement in the appropriate format for onward submission to Head Office, Meghna Aviation Ltd. after every flight day.
∎ Manage relationships with key corporate personals for internal and external equities of the enterprise.
∎ Manage relationships, regularly communicate with key personal of different industrial enterprises and other related appointment holders in CAAB influencing the daily operation of the enterprise.
∎ Facilitate smooth conduct of chartered, HEMS, and corporate flights in accordance with SMS and AOSP of enterprise.
∎ Coordinate with the engineering department about aircraft inspections influencing flights.
∎ Perform other functions related to office of FOO, in HSIA or in any Airport of Bangladesh
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of commercial flights operations to the management.
