Job Context:
∎ REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR/ COO/OPM
∎ DEPARTMENT/SECTION: Operation
∎ DIRECT REPORTS FROM: Operation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Export operation discuss with Shift in-charge and supervisor regarding cargo receiving status, stuffing status and others related stockholders issues. Then give them a guide line to reduce issues as well as resolve related matters.
∎ For Import operation discuss with Shift in-charge and team member regarding previous day cargo delivery status, today's delivery status, removal of inside depot empty status, placement status, and others related stockholders issues. Then give them a guide line to reduce issues as well as resolve related matters.
∎ For Port Operation discuss with Shift in-charge and team member regarding priority of empty and Import removal, Vessel sailing status, priority of export and empty shipment status from depot as well as considering external equipment and official activities.
∎ Lead, Manage and Guide team with clear knowledge and understanding of DEPO and Port operation.
∎ Prepare SOPs of all staff along with HR and conduct workshops to make all employees aware of their SOPs.
∎ Ensure that the CFS team completely understands and fully comply with SOP and clients requirements.
∎ Monitoring day to day job of all operation team member and report to COO and OPM.
∎ Handle claim and customer service correspondence.
∎ Regular follow-up with Customer (Shipping/ FF/CNF) operation team to ensure efficient stock of container equipments and labour suppliers to reduce labour shortages and increase labour productivity.
∎ Maintain QNS compliance files and issues as per ISO requirements.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients/customers for any policy matter of the company and reports to MD/COO/OPS weekly/Monthly basis.
∎ Closely co-ordinate with depot operation team and customers to achieve customer's satisfaction collectively.
∎ Survey customers need and competitor's strength, strategy and presence in the market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 years' experience in a similar capacity / Age not exceeding 36 years.
∎ Excellence professional experience is preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Shipping and ICD, CFS.
∎ Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff independently.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
∎ Has the functional and technical knowledge to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
∎ Strong English communication, Computer and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent customer management skills.
