Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing market trend, market share, competitors pricing, promotion, industrial analysis, time-to-time Company performance & other competitive intelligence & submitting reports accordingly to the Management.
∎ Regulating regular market research & submitting the reports to the Management to take initiatives & preemptive actions as per market requirements.
∎ Planning & contributing to develop all aspects of the organization's business development policies, objectives & initiatives.
∎ Taking initiatives, preparing & arranging trainings for sales personnel for motivating, idea sharing, sales & communication skills developing etc.
∎ Contributing in setting the national target of M & S by analysing several business & market intelligence.
∎ Evaluating the KPI wise monthly performance of the M & S team & the distributors/ dealers/retailers & & categorizing region/area/territory wise topers as per set criteria.
∎ Working closely with the M & S team to calculate:
∎ Monthly commissions of the achievers of regular offers.
∎ Figures to find out the achievers of the campaigns
∎ Communicating with the M & S team & the dealers/distributors/retailers/clients (if necessary) via phone calls, SMS, emails, etc.
∎ Following up time to time the activities & responsibilities of the subordinate(s) of MIS dept.
∎ Accomplishing several relevant tasks given by the management.

∎ The incumbent must have an excellent skill in MS excel.
∎ The incumbent must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent must have the knowledge of market research.
∎ The incumbent must have the analytical skill.
∎ The incumbent must have the basic knowledge in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT).
Salary: Negotiable
