Education:
BBA/MBA in MIS or other equivalent subject from a reputed university/institute.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Leadership and teamwork,MySQL database,VBScript
Additional Requirements:
- Age 26 to 36 years
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros).
Strong SQL skills with experience in SQL Server and MySQL for query optimization and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Oracle/ERP systems and secondary sales tracking platforms.
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and effective communicator with strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members while coordinating across functions.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee Master Data Management to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all business systems.
Supervise the preparation of daily weekly and monthly sales reports, ensuring accuracy timeliness and actionable insights for management.
Review data trends and provide strategic recommendations to support sales operations and financial decision-making.Lead preparation of monthly business review presentations and develop performance dashboards for management visibility.
Ensure proper data governance maintaining accurate records of sales performance stock movement and key operational KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales Warehouse Finance and IT teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency reduce manual work and strengthen MIS capabilities.
Mentor and guide MIS team members, ensuring proper workload management quality control and skills development.
