Job Context:
∎ We`re seeking an experienced individual to lead our Media and PR efforts. The candidate will be responsible for executing communication plans across various media platforms, maintaining relationships with PR agencies and journalists, and managing crisis situations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead execution of communication plans on TV, Radio, Print, and Outdoor activities.
∎ Ensure media requirements meet quality standards and are within budget and time.
∎ Scrutinize the media landscape monthly and develop corresponding media strategies.
∎ Maintain relationships with PR agencies, publications, electronic media, and journalists.
∎ Write press notes, and generate new ideas for press releases, articles, interviews, and events.
∎ Manage crisis situations.
∎ Network with key stakeholders and conduct external environment scans.
∎ Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in media.
∎ PR writing and curating other items on an ongoing basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Familiarity with media buying, media planning, and campaign execution.
∎ Experience in crisis management is a plus.
∎ Ability to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
