Education:

•             Maintain knowledge of market trends and new materials.

•             Strong negotiation and communication skills.

•             Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify and evaluate potential Customers for garment accessories (e.g. Carton , poly Bag ,offset printing Item, Elastic ,   labels, Sewing threads, gum tape etc.).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international Buyer .

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with Customers .

• Sales forecasts.

• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Lead the product development process from concept to final approval, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, market trends, and company goals.

• Collaborate with design teams to develop product specifications, material selections, and prototypes.

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for new product lines.

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials within budget constraints.

• Monitor production samples and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.

• Provide insights and recommendations for product innovation and improvement.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align product offerings with market needs.

• Maintain strong relationships with customer and clients to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the development cycle.
