∎ B.Sc. in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing, Sales, & Service of Construction Heavy Equipment & Crane etc.
∎ Maintaining all types of Sales Documentary policies and regulations.
∎ Evaluates potential Customers, Communication with local Customers & foreign Principle.
∎ Provide quotation, technical documents and other support to clients.
∎ Travel to project sites, visit key clients and maintain professional business relationship within target accounts.
∎ Obtain and analyze market information to assist with the development and implementation of strategic direction.
∎ Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
∎ Setting sales and marketing Key Performance Indicator (KPI)'s to manage activity within the team.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances. Review & analyze sales reports & other metrics.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ To develop annual sales plans and take ownership of forecasts.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management on emergency requirement basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience:- At least minimum 5 - 8 year(s) Marketing, Sales, & Service Experience on Construction Equipment like Crane, Excavator, Roller, Backhoe Loaders, and Air Compressor etc.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Capability to lead self, organization and others.
∎ Team Player and Keeping self and team focused on key priorities.
