∎ We are looking competent, smart, result oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & sincere person for our Engineering & Construction Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate having exposure in Business Development in Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Industries, Bridge and Infrastructure Development & Construction Project.
∎ Visit most of the infrastructure projects across the country for Business Development.
∎ Heavy Lifting & Transportation (Offshore & Onshore), ODC Cargo Handling, Crane & Heavy Equipment Rental etc.
∎ Mechanical - Civil - Electrical Engineering & Construction Project & Erection & Fabrication works procurement & implementation.
∎ Prepare Engineering Design, Drawing, Planning, Estimation, Sourcing, Cost Analysis, and BOQ & Commercial Offer for EPC projects.
∎ Manage & oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
∎ Responsible for implementation of the scope of word as related to construction/ fabrication, installation works in conformance with project specification, scope of works and schedule.
∎ The candidate has to have excellent knowledge on Engineering & Construction, Project Management, Supervision, Operation & Maintenance, Heavy Lifting - Haulage Plan, Work Procedure, Contract Agreement, and Documentation, Bidding Tender etc.
∎ Having knowledge & Experience in Q-HSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment).
∎ Carry out regular field visits to project sites to monitor construction works, take necessary measures for rectification and achieve standard quality of site development infrastructures.
∎ Promote margin improvement opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: At least minimum 10-15 years' experience in Business Development on Engineering & Construction, Major Infrastructure Construction Projects, etc.
∎ Having knowledge on AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project etc.
∎ Having excellent Leadership & Negotiation skill, Work measurement, Bill checking & valuation with customers & vendors for payment.
∎ Ability to speak and write fluent in English.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
∎ Capability to lead self, organization and others.
∎ Team Player and Keeping self and team focused on key priorities.
