∎ Job Location: Sylhet (Chevron Project)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across the Project.
∎ Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations.
∎ Ensures that all project personnel comply with client and company HSE training and medical requirements.
∎ Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions and preventive measures and elimination any potential hazards are of the utmost importance for the safety of all employees, visitors and the public as well.
∎ Tracks project health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and to reduce risk.
∎ Conduct HSE presentations and training to employees as required.
∎ Conduct health and safety inspections and prepare reports, work procedures, methodology and documents as required.
∎ Implementation, maintenance and improvement of high safety standards by ensuring that all personnel employed in the project are competent to carry out their designated tasks in a safe manner.
∎ Creating and maintaining occupational health and safety policies and procedures in the project
∎ Inspecting equipment to identify defects that could lead to accidents
∎ Conducting investigations into accidents, injuries, or illnesses in order to identify the causes and suggest solutions
∎ Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience:- At least 5/6 years of relevant working experience in HSE field. Experience in Oil and Gas field is preferable.
∎ Work experience in Oil and Gas field is preferable.
∎ Work experience with Chevron or Chevron Project will add value.
∎ Only Males are allowed to apply.
∎ Working knowledge in English & Bengali.
∎ Experience in project management.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle HSE related all operation of the project.
