Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA in Marketing or International Business from only IBA, DU, NSU, EWU, AIUB, IUB, Brac, UIU, or Foreign Universities, etc.
Job Context:
∎ Following position for DTCL (Bravat & Nanogress Porcellanato) Sales & Marketing Division in the area of the whole country Bangladesh. Building Materials & Imported Sanitary Product, Imported Tiles, Kitchen Cabinet & others.
∎ Office Time: 10:00am-07:00pm (Six Days)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a team member for marketing and business development for B2B & B2C segments.
∎ Must have work experience in selling bathroom fittings, tiles, sanitary products etc.
∎ Must have experience in achieving sales targets;
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with Architect, firms, developers, govt. project management and other project stake holder.
∎ Must be self-motivated to boost overall sales & marketing position and confident to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
∎ Smart, good communications skills, knowledge in proposal / quotation preparation is appreciated. Excellent writing, interpersonal skills is expected.
∎ Conducts challenging customer meetings to secure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Analyses the sales market potential and market utilization.
∎ Report on market progress, credit realization, and individual customer performance;
∎ Proactive in regular market visit, ability to present product demonstration to client or customers or prospective customers, competitor analysis,
∎ Prepare the daily/weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 Years and above, must have experience in selling imported tiles, bathroom fittings & related products. (Relevant experienced people will get preference)
∎ Must have Power point Presentation ability and analytical ability.
∎ Must have English Fluency and if the candidate have IELTS score, they will get preference.
∎ Develop relationships with different corporate decision makers such as Managers, CRD Teams, CEOs, CFOs, procurement In charge, Managing director & Chairman, Architect dept., etc. and motivate them through buying the products.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30,000 to Tk. 35,000 (Based on experience and qualification)
