Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Excellent Relationship & Follow-up with Prospects & Clients.
∎ Ensure Customer information is maintained accurately in the Customer Database.
∎ Analyze Trends, Data, Demographics, Pricing Strategies and other information that can potentially improve Marketing and Sales performance.
∎ Set digital Marketing Strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blog).
∎ Involvement in physical Branding activities.
∎ Follow up Sales and Promotional Activities.
∎ Acquire New Customers & visit Projects frequently.
∎ Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
∎ Collect, Forecast and analyze the Market Data for Operating Plan.
∎ Follow-up Clients through Phone Calls, Emails & Physical visit to generate Sales.
∎ Create market and Achieve Monthly & Yearly Sales Target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 or more year working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Sufficient Knowledge on Land/ Real Estate/ Developer Business and present market scenario.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic, Self motivated.
∎ Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
∎ Capability of convincing Prospect.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
∎ Must have Excellent Communications & Presentation Skills.
