  • Age 25 to 38 years
  • 5–10 years of experience in direct or field sales (preferably in real estate, investment products, insurance, or hotel/tourism sectors)

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bangla and English

  • Ability to confidently explain investment models to diverse customer profiles

  • Self-motivated, honest, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure

  • Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territories

  • Good dress sense and a presentable, professional demeanor



Responsibilities & Context:

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Six days a week)

Job Context:

This is a leadership role responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for OKADA’s hotel share sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall sales strategy and execution for the OKADA hotel project.

  • Supervise and mentor down the line sales team.

  • Execute settled monthly and quarterly sales targets as well as monitor team performance.

  • Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department for campaign planning and lead generation.

  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present updates to the Board.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations related to share sales.

  • Conduct team training on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
