Experience:
Minimum Graduation in any discipline (Bachelor of Business Studies, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Professional training in sales or real estate marketing will be an added advantage.
5–10 years of experience in direct or field sales (preferably in real estate, investment products, insurance, or hotel/tourism sectors)
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bangla and English
Ability to confidently explain investment models to diverse customer profiles
Self-motivated, honest, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territories
Good dress sense and a presentable, professional demeanor
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Six days a week)
Job Context:
This is a leadership role responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for OKADA’s hotel share sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Responsibilities:
Lead the overall sales strategy and execution for the OKADA hotel project.
Supervise and mentor down the line sales team.
Execute settled monthly and quarterly sales targets as well as monitor team performance.
Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department for campaign planning and lead generation.
Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present updates to the Board.
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations related to share sales.
Conduct team training on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
