∎ We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/ Manager who will be the Representative of India Business to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures in India and Bangladesh. He/ She will assist our team to complete a range of administrative and operational duties in different departments.
∎ The candidate must be an Indian nationality, should have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative and operate the India company.
∎ Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
∎ Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines.
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
∎ Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be of Indian Nationality.
∎ Good oral communication skill especially in English.
∎ Ready to travel frequently between Bangladesh and India.
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ Strong organization skills, flexibility and the ability to set priorities.
∎ Should have the smart phone.
