∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Garments Accessories (elastic, label, gum tape, packaging items, sewing thread etc.)
∎ Previous experience successfully managing sales and marketing teams ideally from a similar industry.
∎ Professional sales and marketing training would be advantage.
∎ Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
∎ Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales and marketing teams.
∎ Must have computer literacy.
∎ Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive to increase/ generate sales and marketing for the respective team.
∎ Responsible for achieving monthly sales target.
∎ Follow-up and visit buyers & customers to generate sales and realization.
∎ Generate and share reports & other documents as per buyer/customer requirements.
∎ Initial price negotiation with buyers & customers and confirms orders.
∎ Identify and visit existing and new buyers to generate sales & ensure realization.
∎ Product development & submission as per buyer's requirements.
