Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine manpower; study the m/c layout to achieve optimum productivity.
∎ Plan review, analysis and propose best to achieve maximum.
∎ Ensure paper layout with 90% balancing basic category, 85% for Critical & 80% for Hard category is provided to sewing line
∎ Ensure each process capacity is 5% above the day target of each line
∎ Ensure Operator skill improvement: 30 operators each month
∎ Ensure SMV savings: 15000 minutes per month
∎ Ensure Critical operation operator training, NPT analysis and action plan for reduction
∎ Ensure Process improvement: 9 process each month & present to all
∎ Ensure bottle neck operation capacity is improved by 5% each day (three days)
∎ Change-over time reduction and short-cutting loss is minimized
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Analytical and thinking ability,
∎ Smart work, can and will do attitude
∎ Good team player and ready to take challenges
∎ Good in communication and presentation
∎ Sound Technical knowledge
∎ Good in Office application mainly Excel & Power-point
