∎ We are seeking an experienced and innovative HR Operation leader who will responsible for performing HR-related duties in the functional areas of Compensation & benefit, Employee relations, Attendance Management, Leave management, Performance Management, Payroll Management, policy implementation, Employee engagement program, employment-law compliance etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle for the organization. On-boarding/ Induction, Employee Engagement, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Rewards & Recognition, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, disciplinary issues, transfer/posting, employee separation, service confirmation, leave management etc.
∎ Ensures proper safekeeping of all confidential documents, company registration files, permits, government mandated benefits, insurances, HR policies and others.
∎ Initiating performance appraisal by introducing Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators for all the positions.
∎ Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees.
∎ Conduct monthly HR governance review with HR Head and various department heads to showcase progress on initiatives, data for the month, successes and challenges.
∎ Preparing detailed monthly reports on various HR costs.
∎ Overseeing HR databases and internal software.
∎ Resolving all employee-related issues and queries.
∎ Counseling employees as and when required.
∎ To ensure right resources at the right place through effective transfer and posting.
∎ Ensure competitive compensation and benefit packages against the industry.
∎ Supervise the administrative jobs of employee separation including resignation, dismissal and termination as per policy and compliance.
∎ Ensure leave administration in alignment with the regulatory body.
∎ Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
∎ Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems.
∎ Driving employee experience like timely issuance of accurate appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters, timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves, Insurance, compensation, HR policies, etc.
∎ Oversee all statutory, legal and compliance requirements for all entities in Bangladesh.
∎ Track and Maintain key HR Metrics and HR Reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Operations who is responsible for full employee life cycle management.
∎ Work experience in HR Operations or similar role
∎ Good experience and strong understanding of HR processes.
∎ Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
∎ Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
∎ Good knowledge of labour legislation
∎ Leadership abilities
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
∎ Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; both verbal and written
∎ Exceptional leadership, team-management and decision-making abilities
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and accountable for responsibility.
