Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing technical guidance for the bonding product in term of Fabric selection, Adhesive selection, setting up the machine parameters.
∎ Providing technical guidance for all related Bonded product testing validation for both product development and bulk production
∎ Managing effective customer relationships to realize the technical bonding design deliverables, including product innovation, new business development, category expansion, etc.
∎ Leading and managing the Bonding team for the Customer/Category to achieve functional objectives.
∎ Train, lead and coordinate the bonding team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
