Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on repairing all kind of sewing, pressing kits, folders and all types of gauges
∎ Sound knowledge on all sewing machine related spare parts, ability to prepare monthly spare parts requirements and good in inventory management
∎ Ability to follow up preventive maintenance schedule with the team and minimize machine break down time with continuous follow up
∎ Ability to identify and provide machine requirements for different kinds of products
∎ Ensure all electrical and mechanical equipment are in safe working order in line with organization's compliance regulations
∎ Ensure all certificates of compliance are well maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislations
∎ Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians
∎ Controlling the maintenance expenditure with in the given budget and prepare month end financial reports
∎ Strictly follow up standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all areas of maintenance
∎ Identification, assessment, reporting and controlling of risk, associated with maintenance functions
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify employee's training needs and ensure their career developments
∎ Proven ability of delegating the responsibilities among the team and following up the given tasks
∎ Good in supplier's relationship management
∎ Sound knowledge in energy saving initiatives to minimize the energy consumption of sewing machines
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power point and excel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.SC/ Diploma from Mechanical Engineering will be more preferable.
