∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities (Asst. Manager-IE) • Analyzing & improving production processes to minimize waste & maximum efficiency.
∎ • Conducting time & monitor studies to establish standard times for operations & identify areas for improvement• Implementing lean manufacturing principles like 5S, SMED & Kaizen to streamline workflows & reduce waste
∎ • Optimizing line balancing, layout & workstation design to enhance productivity
∎ • Reducing Work in Progress (WIP) & throughput time•
∎ Ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the production process•
∎ Coordinating with the quality control team to identify & address quality issues• Analyzing garment costing & SMV (Standard Minute Value) to identify opportunities for cost reduction•
∎ Developing efficient methods & processes to minimize production costs• Generating production reports & analyzing performance against targets• Providing guidance & training to IE officers, Floor In-charges & operators•
∎ Coordinating with various departments like Merchandising, Production & Maintenance•
∎ Ensuring effective communication & collaboration among different teams• Conducting research & development for new samples & processes•
∎ Leading & supporting continuous improvement initiatives• Root Cause Analysis for Low Productivity•
∎ Reduce Changeover time•
∎ Lean Implementation• Management assigns some other responsibilities as and when required.
