Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Refer and review monthly loading plan and identify critical style in machine, construction and SMV.
∎ Create machine requirement for the month.Identify and recommend skill requirements for the planned style based on skill inventory.
∎ Drive efficiency KPI targets set by company for relevant block daily.
∎ Assist and coach IE Executives in problem solving of bottle neck.
∎ Initiate line re-balancing by IE Executives.
∎ Capture and evaluate SMV savings done by the team and encourage.
∎ Identify low performing lines and make strategies to make them perform with IE Executives.
∎ Motivate lines to earn Incentives given on productivity.
∎ Identify compliance and QMS failures in the relevant area and initiate corrective action with the team.
