Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in designing and delivering recruitment & selection processes and interventions that support organization's objectives to be a high performing organization.
∎ Verify the manpower requirement of various dept. with approved/proposed Organogram
∎ Provide support to select the right candidate (s) consultation with department heads, Assist in designing and delivering recruitment & selection processes and interventions that support organization's objectives to be a high performing organization.
∎ Verify the manpower requirement of various dept. with approved/proposed Organogram
∎ Provide support to select the right candidate (s) consultation with department heads, including assessment methods and selection procedure.
∎ Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, performance management and all other HR Operations of assigned business units.
∎ Design job advertisement posts in website & social media
∎ Prepare candidate' profile summary for shortlisted applicants
∎ Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
∎ Maintain an active and organized database of applicants for various positions
∎ Assist line manager in head count planning, yearly salary increments etc.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and presentation
∎ Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
∎ Conduct reference / background check and verify educational certificates of selected candidates
∎ Ensure preservation of necessary joining documents of any new employee in their personal file and update necessary changes in HRIS.
∎ Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
∎ Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-driven & motivated
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Good presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of MS office (especially MS Excel in advance Level) & Internet browsing.
∎ Proactive, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
