Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and ensure Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Leave Management, Labor Laws, Payroll Management of the organization.
∎ Manage the design and implementation of nationwide Sales force recruitment and selection program, including development of recruitment materials, screening appropriate applicants, coordinate selection procedures and conduct background and reference checks of the candidate.
∎ Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws and the organizations own code of conduct (COC).
∎ Organizing KPI procedure & assess the performance of employees.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Require to maintain Leave Management, performance appraisal, reduce absenteeism and enhance employee's peace of mind.
∎ Responsible for Administration, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Final settlement, Confirmation etc.
∎ Draft office note, memo, office order & circular relating to HR & Administrative issues.
∎ Assist and ensure that all HR operations are conducted in an organized and processed way.
∎ Maintain office discipline and behavior as per company rules & Policy.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
∎ Maintain CV bank and employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Conducts one-on-one review with all sales team member to provide insight for the improvement of their activity performance.
∎ Analyzing the daily purchase requisitions, preparing comparative statement and issuing of purchase order's and follow up it till final delivery.
∎ To follow up sales performance report, production report and inventory report on daily basis.
∎ Look after company's administrative issues, procurement, office maintenance, rent & utilities on daily.
∎ To ensure vehicle management on daily basis to prompt distribution and to minimize the expenditure by ensuring actual cost of oil & fuel and repair & maintenance on daily basis
∎ To maintain liaison with other's concerns of the group, Head office & Factory concern person on daily basis
∎ Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability on monthly basis.
∎ To prepare, check & verify tour bill, Incentive bill, TA/DA, Mobile bill on monthly basis.
∎ Review & update all kind of legal certificates (as like trade license, Factory license, Premises license, BSTI license on yearly basis.
∎ Any other job assigns by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the field of HR & Operations at least 05 years.
∎ Applicants who have experience in following business area(s) will get preference: Manufacturing (FMCG), Personal care products, Cosmetics, House-hold products and Skin care products, Food (Packaged)/Beverage & Group of Companies,
∎ Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference.
∎ Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
